Gives very detailed specifics on all your questions. Isn't the cheapest quote. But offers and covers things other contractors don't. They offer fade protection and there warrant is backed up by another company thats been in business for close to it not over a 100 years. Not to mention it gets in to specifics that other contractors. Aren't probably going to bring up or mention. If you don't remember to ask that specific question. And they promise the quote is the price you pay. Alot of times the quote could be less then your bill. So its nice to get a 100 honest answer the first time. And there customers sales specialists. Was able to explain all questions in detail. Not to mention. They photo and video there work. So you can get on your phone. And check out the progress.

The Decra roof which was installed seems to be an extremely strong and durable product. I am very pleased with the quality and look of the product. The wood shake looks of the new roof added to my home's appearance. The 6-man crew who installed the roof on my home and detached garage completed the tear-off and installation over a two-day period working about 12 hours each day with only a break mid-day for lunch. I've known Paul (Owner/Roof Works, Duncanville) for 35+ years and although I never spoke or worked with him directly for my roofing project, knowing him, his character, work ethics and dedication I knew anyone working for him would be held to the same high standards. Roofworks knocked my project out of the park. From the start, Chad was professional and thoroughly looked over the entire house. Spent at least 10 minutes in the attic looking over everything with a keen eye. Product knowledge was excellent and he didn't dump 10 different options on us. We were away while the roof was done, and Chad was there every day checking on progress for me and delivering videos and pics of the process to reassure me everything was going well. Roofworks has great financing options that no one else could really touch. Wouldn't blink an eye to have them do another project for me. Call them up!

The Roof Works USA team did a fantastic job from the estimating, to the scheduling of the roof replacement, to the actual roof installation. The completed roof looks great!!! I would hire Roof Works USA again if ever needed. Spurgeon Brenchak visited to provide the initial estimate and was very professional and provided details for all the options available (steel, shingles, various types/options, etc). The estimate was provided right on the spot during that visit. Ken communicated the scheduling for the roof replacement and coordinated the schedule to fit my schedule. Very easy to work with. Nelson was the lead for the installation crew and was very respectful, professional, and courteous. The entire Roof Works USA team was very professional and detailed with everything. Very little debris fell to the ground during the old shingle removal and the cleanup after installing the new roof was spotless (large tarps were used to capture any debris that did fall and anything close the house was protected.) Their care in identifying a couple of issues with some of the plywood boards on the roof (wavy/curling up) and discussing with me to replace or not replace was very much appreciated. (I had them replace 3 sheets of plywood that were showing signs of this issue to prevent the finished new roof looking wavy in those spots or potentially having an issue in the future.) I recently needed a minor roof repair job on my roof that was installed by Roof Works USA three years ago. I called customer service and was told that they would send someone out (to Lewisburg, PA) the next day to make the repair. And, that is exactly what happened! Best experience I could have hoped for. We needed a new roof since we bought our home, and moreso recently, shingles had come off due to high winds. I called and got an estimate appointment 2 days later. Michael spent so much time with us, explaining everything from types of venting to benefits of shingles vs metal roofs. He also discovered that the plywood base our roof sits on was terribly moldy due to almost zero ventilation in our attic. There may have been a special rush put on completing our roof due to this. We were told it would be 6-7 weeks until it was done...they were there the following Thursday to install it. (From estimate appt to install within 7 days) We are so relieved to have a new roof, and I've already recommended Roof Works to 2 people I work with. Thank you so much!

The salesman was the most professional of the 3 quotes we got. The workers busted their butts and finished our huge roof in 2.5 days. 3 skylights too. The roof looks amazing and we're very happy with the job they did. Had a little mishap with debris in our neighbors yard (neighbor is, well #&*$) the workers quickly cleaned that up and were extra careful the rest of the install today avoid that again. The owner even called me to make sure I was happy with the work. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

I had quite a few quotes for a roof replacement that needed done ASAP. The quotes came from general contractors and small roofing companies with little in the way of warranty. Roof Works quote was right in the middle of the road for the quotes I was getting but with great labor and material warranty. They were able to make it to my home in 2-3 weeks after accepting the quote and had my rather tricky roof completed in a matter of days while I was at work never inconvenienced me. The entire working area was cleaned and left as they found it. Overall great experience.
